Moderator and Conferee Commands(Automated Conferencing)
Our system utilizes the world market leader audio conferencing bridge from Spectel. Most of the moderator conference controls available from our web interface on this site are duplicated using your telephone keys.
If you are holding a conference call on the road from your cell phone you will still be able to dial-out to bring someone into your conference, attendees can self-mute themselves, and the moderator can secure the conference and also put it into lecture mode.
The table below shows the telephone sequence that moderators and conferees can enter during a conference to issue various commands. (YES means that the command is available to a Moderator or Conferee; NO means that the command is unavailable.) All features are turned on and off the same way.

To order a copy of your Recorded Conference for download or CD please contact
support@megmeeting.com with the call in number, moderator pin number and file number.
To playback a previously recorded call dial (206) 402-0829. You will be prompted to enter the conference access code; this is the Guest Passcode of the live call account. You will then be prompted to enter the filename of the recorded, the number the Host used to name the recording.
