MegaMeeting Enterprise and MegaMeeting Professional contain very similar functionality, however they differ in that MegaMeeting Enterprise is either hosted on your servers or on servers dedicated to you (using either your bandwidth and resources, or bandwidth and resources dedicated to you), while MegaMeeting Professional is hosted on MegaMeeting.com's servers (using MegaMeeting.com's bandwidth and resources). In addition, with MegaMeeting Enterprise, you have more control regarding technical features, such as the quality of the video conferencing stream allowed for participants, as well as the frames per second allowed for participants. With MegaMeeting Enterprise, the client can have the web/video conferencing originate from any domain/URL. MegaMeeting Enterprise can also be customized to the client's liking. Finally, while MegaMeeting Enterprise requires one up front licensing fee (and no on-going “monthly” fees), MegaMeeting Professional requires an initial sign-up fee and an on-going “monthly” fee. |

What Do I Get With My MegaMeeting Enterprise License? |

With MegaMeeting Enterprise, you get all the software necessary to conduct Web/Video Conferencing on your company's own internal servers and domains. You can invite guests to your Web Conferences by either sending them an e-mail invitation (through the MegaMeeting Enterprise software), or you can have your guests go to the domain/URL of your choice and “connect” to your conference by typing in a conference ID that you give them. |

These seats will allow you to have unlimited Web and Video Conferencing meetings, as long as you do not exceed 50 concurrent users at any given time. Additional 50 seat licenses may be purchased to increase the number of concurrent participants that you may have in web meetings at any time.

Our experienced technicians can perform all necessary installation and configuration over the Internet, with a new client getting “up and running” within 4-6 hours of the beginning of the installation.

With each account, you may create unlimited separate User Name and Password Logins can be assigned, including one administrative login that oversees the entire account. How Do I Know My Conferences Are Secure? |

MegaMeeting Enterprise uses secure RTMP protocol over port 1935, as well as secure RTMPT protocol over port 80 (tunnel via http) and secure RTMPS protocol over port 443 (tunnel via https) to allow audio, video and text chat to securely be transmitted from computer to computer. This technology, combined with MegaMeeting's 100% browser based technology allows close to 100% of all computers to be able to participate in a MegaMeeting Web/Video Conference. We HIGHLY suggest that you also use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) 128-bit Encryption for the domains from which you will be creating MegaMeeting Enterprise web meetings. |

“ShowMyDesktop” is a MegaMeeting feature that allows a Web Conference participant to show his/her screen to the other participants in an online meeting. “ShowMyDesktop” is actually Presentation Software built into MegaMeeting conferences that permits the sharing of a conference participant's screen, allowing the participant to “Present” any application to the other participants in the meeting room, while at the same time, sharing video and audio. “ ShowMyDesktop” allows conference members to share their computer screen with others in a meeting, and in so doing, display everything from a spreadsheet or word processing document, to a full blown PowerPoint presentation or product demonstration.
