1) Close Outlook before installing! |

2) Log into your account as a Host and click on the new 'Utilities' button in the upper left hand corner of the screen. |

3) Once open, click on 'Outlook Meeting Addin' and install the application on the machine you wish to import the contacts list from. |
| |

| |
4) After the installation is complete, open Outlook and make sure you see 'My Meetings' in the upper left corner. |

| 5) From this dropdown you can Join a previously created meeting, create a new meeting and end a meeting from the 'saved meetings list' |

6) You can also import your Outlook contacts list into the 'Manage Contacts' in your account - this saves you the hassle of adding them one at a time. Simply click the 'Upload Contacts' button to upload them into the account you specify under the 'settings' button. Once they are uploaded, you will see: |
