Secura Key using webinars for new training program

Friday, June 25 2010

The California-based security access company Secura Key is preparing to launch its new Product Training Program through the use of live online webinars.

The company says it has offered real-world training at its factory for years, but says customers had a hard time justifying the cost of the trip.

The first two programs - a product overview and a training program - will take place on July 12 and 26, respectively. If customers have any questions during the webinars, they will be able to use their computers' built-in microphones, or call an optional telephone number.

In combination with the new webinars, the company will also offer a series of flash-generated training videos, which can also help customers become more familiar with their products.

The company says in the future, it will also offer specialized web tutorials for individuals or small groups of clients.

According to the company's website, the webinars will be hosted by its Technical Training Manager, Jeff Hamilton, who has 18 years of training and technical support experience.ADNFCR-3295-ID-19857527-ADNFCR
